Rail Cargo Operator GmbH to be launched on 1 July 2015 headed by its Managing Directors DI Sabine Bund and Dr. Max Kindler
To be able to act as a strong and sustainable partner in the best interest of its customers, all operator activities of Rail Cargo Austria AG’s Operator-unit of will be joined and restructured within the new company Rail Cargo Operator – Austria GmbH over the next weeks.
“This way we can merge our capacities in the national and international market and act more powerful on behalf of our customers, where they need us. Through our customised logistics and transport solutions we still want to make a contribution to raising the importance of the railway as a transport mode. Thus we create attractive long distance services providing a high frequency for heavy goods towards the economic centres of Northwest and South-eastern Europe“, RCA Chairmen Reinhard Bamberger, Dr. Georg Kasperkovitz and Drs. Erik Regter announced in a letter to their customers and business partners.
Effective from 1 July 2015 the Operator unit of Rail Cargo Austria AG will be outsourced to Rail Cargo Operator – Austria GmbH, which will be reporting directly to Rail Cargo Operator – CSKD s.r.o., a 100%-subsidiary of Rail Cargo Austria AG. The uniform market appearance will be made by the well-established brand Rail Cargo Operator. Rail Cargo Operator – Austria GmbH will be headed by two Managing Directors, DI Sabine Bund and Dr. Max Kindler.
