At the end of March, the subsidiary of the Port of Vienna launched its new brand presence. In the course of this, not only the website www.wiencont.com was modernised, but their logo got a new look as well. With the help of WienCont employees, the office premises of Freudenauer Hafenstraße were also redesigned and adapted to the appearance. This completed the modification of WienCont, which had taken several months.
“This transformation is not only reflected in the external perception but above all in existing and new customers and partners,” said Harald Jony, Managing Director WienCont. The new, modern brand presence is intended to consolidate the pioneering role of the company as a sustainable container terminal and to strengthen the company’s international position. Since the beginning of this year, there has been a clear upturn.
In the port of Vienna WienCont operates one of the largest container terminals in a European inland port and is a role model in terms of sustainability. In addition to its position as a hub for the handling of block trains to the main seaports, but also to those continental transport hubs, which ensure connection to the most important international logistics centers, the company operates in container trade and offers additional services such as container repair, customs clearance and trucking.
