The Steiermarkbahn took delivery of 20 new container wagons of the Sgnss type. The green vehicles, adapted to the corporate design of the rail company, left the Graz Süd terminal for the first time to the direction of Graz on 11 February 2016.
The container wagons have four axles, providing many options of loading (e.g. 3 x 20 ft, 2 x 30 ft or 1 x 20 ft and 1 x 40 ft), allowing transport of all different kinds of containers. They are suited for the transport of ISO containers as well as WAB containers, and registered for a maximum speed of 120 km/h.
