Starting from December, Milsped company has continued widening the range of its logistic services in accordance with its development policy. One of the novelties is intermodal goods transportation which is essentially based on connecting rail and road transportation of goods.
The new service of intermodal transportation in the new location of Surcin enables Milsped to provide a full door-to-door service through efficient combination of road transportation flexibility with the advantages of rail transportation.
In the new location of Surcin, which has two rail tracks, Milsped provides over 5.000 m² of secured storage space for the needs of its clients with reception capacity of more than 20 railcars a day.
In order to provide high quality service, the company has established cooperations with world’s leading operators and railway administrations that provides special machinery, trained personnel and IT infrastructure for specific demands of intemodal transportation.
