Linz Airport is an elementary link for the export-oriented industry of Upper Austria. Thus the airport’s appearance, perception and also its service offer is very important. In the course of the ongoing service campaign, including as the current modernisation of the infrastructure and the change of the gastronomy provider, the airport also changed its name:
“blue danube airport linz” was shortened to “Linz Airport”. With the support of the agencies moodley group gmbh and LOYS Repositioning Agency GmbH, the logo was developed and adapted. Apart from that, the claim “Connecting Upper Austria” was added to the logo.
“The newly designed logo is characterised by clear shapes and it is short and concise. It gives a clear orientation and has a dynamic character. This fits in perfectly with our strategic realignment,” says Norbert Draskovits, Managing Director of Flughafen Linz GesmbH.
