DHL Express was established in 1980 in Vienna, Fleischmanngasse – with three employees and one on board-courier, transporting fifty daily document shipments between Vienna and Frankfurt. Ten years later, the company had its own offices in all of Austria’s provincial capitals.
International organisations such as UNO, OPEC and the European Patent Office counted among its customers then.
Today more than 10,000 business customers all over Austria trust in DHL Express’ expertise and global service.
