A few weeks ago, tectraxx became the new transport and logistics partner to Henry Schein Medical Austria GmbH. The range of services extends from transport to assembly and installation.
The core business of Henry Schein is in the selection and procurement of various medical devices together with the relevant software for hospitals, doctors’ surgeries and laboratories. The Technical Distribution division at tectraxx was commissioned by Henry Schein to manage its deliveries, including assembly and installation of the new equipment and professional disposal of the used equipment.
Thanks to expertise acquired over many years, tectraxx has the capacity to transport exceptionally heavy medical equipment to its intended place of use. Taking operating tables as an example, the packaging will first be removed, then the tables will be assembled and correctly positioned. Moreover the packaging materials will afterwards be taken away.
“We are constantly having to respond to customer requests and to arrange delivery dates on an individual basis,” says Key Account Manager Dragan Djenadic. “This requires smoothly functioning coordination on our part.”
tectraxx is an innovative division of the Gebrüder Weiss logistics group, whose 75 employees combine logistics solutions with technically sophisticated services in a commercially reasonable manner.
