On November 10, Ewals Cargo Care opened a brand new office in Hungary. The office is strategically located in Budapest on a logistics park (Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor) near the M0 motorway, the ring road around Budapest. Attila Doman has been appointed General Manager Hungary Ewals Cargo Care.
The new office has been opened to continue the expansion of Ewals Cargo Care’s connections in Central & Eastern Europe. It will provide a new alternative for the customers in this area with own trucks and a guarantee of quality with a committed team of talented people.
Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor is a strategically located modern logistics center with rail connections to enable intermodal operations. In this central location with good connections to neighboring countries, vehicle planning can be optimized to enable the company to manage large volumes to and from Hungary.
For more than 100 years Ewals Cargo Care has been providing logistics services. With 2,000 employees in 16 countries, 3000 trailers and 500 trucks the company arranges over 5.000 transports daily within Europe and further afield. Half of these are carried out using an intermodal Mega Huckepack fleet.
