The EMS-Fehn-Group will set up a new subsidiary in Rijeka, Croatia. „With the new office we will expand our presence in the area considerably. We are already active on the Balkans with German Albanian Logistics Agency in Durres and EMS German Balkan Logistics in Skopje“, says Manfred Müller, CEO of EMS-Fehn-Group.
„We see a lot of opportunities for us in Croatia. The Croatian industry is an important factor in the area and triggers a substantial amount of trade. The country has excellent shipyards and Croatia is a major destination for yachts,“ he adds. EMS-Fehn-Group consists of 19 companies with offices in Leer, Bremen, Hamburg, Lübeck, Dortmund, Leverkusen, Helsinki, Riga, Bolzano, Genoa, Palermo, Durres, Skopje, St. Petersburg and Ft. Lauderdale. EMS-Fehn-Group is active in chartering, logistics, special transports, world-wide yacht transport, ship management (currently 20 vessels), stevedoring, terminal operations, warehousing, intra-logistics and crewing and employs about 200 staff members ashore and 180 on board.
