Auta Marocchi GmbH has acquired Ruderes Transport GesmbH based in Werndorf near Graz with effect from August 1, 2016. This enhanced the performance as well as the local presence, Roland Schwarzbraun MBA, Managing Director Austria Auta Marocchi GmbH informs in a letter.
Following the acquisition, Auta Marocchi GmbH has 20 employees in Werndorf. With 10 own trucks and backed by Auta Marocchi Spa (Trieste / Italy) they provide – apart from the existing container transports – also solutions for full truck loads (FTL). This was also a sign of investing in Austria, said Roland Schwarzbraun.
