Since October 2017, Arvato Supply Chain Solutions has been the tenant of Hall 1A in the Industrial Campus Vienna East of DLH Real Estate Austria. From August 2019 they will double their storage capacity in Enzersdorf. For this purpose, a further 5,900 m² of storage space, including offices and social space, will be leased in Hall 1B.
“At the campus in Enzersdorf, our logistics and fulfillment activities have become very well established in the last two years. This and the current expansion will strengthen our decision on this location and allow us to grow further in the coming years,” explains Mag. Anneliese Mitterecker-Gradl, Managing Director of Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Austria.
The Industrial Campus Vienna East allows the development of another 68,000 m² of logistics space on just under 25 hectares, making it the largest logistics park in Austria. “By leasing the last available space in the campus, we are sending a strong signal to the market”, emphasises Christian Vogt, Country Manager Austria, DLH Real Estate Austria GmbH.
