The bankruptcy proceedings were opened following an application by a creditor, according to a press release of Alpenländischer Kreditorenverband. The assets are being inventoried and estimated as part of the insolvency proceedings. Only after these investigations will it be possible to comment on the creditors’ prospects of satisfaction.
