WKO-event on EU-social legislation in road traffic

The EU-social legislation is based on a decade-long development. From the point of view of the companies the present legislation does not meet practical requirements necessary for the smooth economic processes. The European Commission has already initiated a wide-ranging consultation process and announced improvements.
The conference to take place on 3 November 2015 organised by the Department for Legal Policy and the Federal Sector Transport and Traffic of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKÖ) offers the possibility to gain information regarding the plans of the European Commission on the “transport package” announced for 2016. Besides there will be the chance to talk to high-level representatives of the European Commission, the national ministries and the economy.
