Updated dangerous goods regulations in China ports after Tianjin explosions

After the Tianjin explosions, Yang Ming Marine Transport received updated information regarding DG cargo regulation for certain China ports. Below summary & attachments are for your easy reference:
A) CNXGG (XINGANG)
Stop accepting DG cargo (including export & import & transhipment) in Tianjin port.
B) CNTAO (QINGDAO)
All Class 4.1 (except sulphur) and Class 3/UN 2058, Class 5.1/UN2465 and Class 5.1/UN2468 are not allowed for storage (including import & transhipment) and shall be directly delivery.
C) CNLYG (LIANYUNGANG)
Stop accepting Class 1 and Class 2 DG cargo (including export & import).
D) CNNGB (NINGBO)
For all DG transhipment via Ningbo port, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is required to offer.
E) CNXMN (XIAMEN)
XOCT (Xiamen Ocean Gate Container Terminal) stops accepting DG cargo (including export & import).
“For all DG shipments to China, please prepare MSDS (in case of need from port authority ) and ensure the DG placards and DG declaration are  all in accordance with IMDG code regulation,” Yang Ming Transport announces.
