The forwarding company Transdanubia Spedition will start with a prominent new staff member into the fall of 2019: With effect from October 1st, 2019, Kurt Leidinger will assume the role of Managing Director of the company with 295 employees at its own locations in Austria, Hungary and Poland. This has been officially confirmed to the OEVZ magazine.

Kurt Leidinger is one of the most experienced and accomplished managers in the Austrian transport and logistics industry. The trained freight forwarder worked his way up from being a DB Schenker apprentice to the CEO in the Austrian and South-Eastern European country cluster, and then as head of the German company of the global integrated transport and logistics service provider.

At Transdanubia Spedition Kurt Leidinger will take over the management of a successful medium-sized company with operations in the fields of transport, forwarding and logistics.For the year 2018, they moved 670,000 shipments and generated EUR 247 million in sales. The storage capacity of their location in Pasching near Linz is currently being expanded to 4,000 m².
