Temmel Logistik Center is expanding its company headquarters in Graz-Messendorf: On July 15, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for a turnkey object with more than 26,000 m². Completion of the first part of the hall is scheduled for the end of September. Up to 130 new jobs will be created.
In December 2015 Magna Steyr has commissioned TLC with the entire external logistics handling for the vehicles manufactured in Graz under a new contract in the future. The long-standing partnership and the vicinity of the TLC site to Magna Steyr were the reasons for this decision, reports the Austrian newspaper Kleine Zeitung.
Derived from the forwarder Herbert Temmel GmbH, TLC Temmel Logistik Center GmbH was founded in 1996 to meet the specific needs of the automotive and manufacturing industry. The company has by its own account on many years of experience and expertise in the areas of work assembly, rework, quality control, warehouse management and order picking – also directly at the point of need of the customers or in their neighborhood – and thus covers the entire supply chain.
