Tarros launches new service with East Mediterranean

The Italian shipping and intermodal operator Tarros has started at the beginning of July the new ‘ADL’ container service,  connecting Koper with the East Mediterranean. Three vessels with capacity ranging from 1.150 to 1.700 TEU are deployed in the following rotation: Venice, Koper, Ancona, Alexandria (El Dekheila), Beirut, Izmir, Piraeus, Venice.

Tarros has been operating in Koper for many years and the the ADL service joins the ALS service, connecting the Adriatic with Turkish and Italian ports.

Tarros is an Italian company specialising in integrated logistics systems both on land and sea. They offer logistics and maritime services within the Mediterranean area. The operational base of the company is located in La Spezia and they handle goods in containers, break-bulk, and general cargo, from their multi-purpose Terminal. The 14 vessels fleet ship around 180,000 TEU annually.
