The chemical logistics company Talke, which is headquartered in Hürth by Cologne, has sold its Belgian and Dutch logistics locations and activities to the logistics company Katoen Natie, which has its head office in Antwerp.
This divestment is part of a programme to optimise Talke’s location portfolio, in the course of which the company is parting with subsidiaries which no longer fit into the location strategy. At the same time, the specialist logistics company from Hürth wants to focus more intensely on its business in other parts of Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the USA.
