At the System Alliance Europe’s annual shareholders’ meeting the most powerful partners in the European groupage network were honoured with the performance awards. The coveted trophy of the “Partner of the Year” award was won by Gebrüder Weiss Gesellschaft m.b.H. (Austria) for the fourth time in a row.
In the category “Quality”, which is divided into two groups according to company size, L.W. Cretschmar GmbH & Co. KG in Kornwestheim (Germany) and Heppner GmbH & Co. KG in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) are pleased to receive the awards. Groupe Heppner in Ormes (France) is the winner in the category “Improvement of the Year”. The criteria were determined on the basis of the monthly quality and quantity evaluations.
System Alliance Europe is a cooperation of leading medium-sized freight forwarding companies. Since its founding in 2005, the European transport and logistics network has been steadily increasing. The system network currently consists of 57 high-performance partners with 180 companies in a total of 32 European countries, which transported 4.14 million consignments with a weight of 1.6 million tonnes in the previous year.
