The new Office Park 4 office building at Vienna International Airport will open its doors in less than six months. BR International Consulting Services, the Austrian specialist logistics company, will be the first major tenant. The company will move into its new 1,200 m² office space on the 8th floor from June 2020. The contract was recently signed by Johann Braun, Managing Director of BR Holding GmbH, and Dr. Günther Ofner, CEO of Flughafen Wien AG.
BR International Consulting Services GmbH, as part of BR Holding GmbH, specialises in the approval of rail vehicles, obtaining of safety certificates for rail transport companies as well as logistics and loading security for international armies (NATO). The Austrian company has been based at the Airport City since 2016. By moving to Office Park 4, the specialist logistics company is not only expanding its office space, but will also almost double its headcount.
Constructing Office Park 4, Airport City Vienna is expanding its range of additional office and event space by around 26,000 m². The total investment volume amounts to approximately EUR 60 million. Currently about 40 percent of the new building is let, but there is still sufficient capacity available for interested parties until completion in May 2020.
