As of 1st of January 2020 Q Logistics will become part of its new owner Mutares SE & Co. kGaA, Munich. They will continue to provide their general cargo and contract logistics services under the company name of BEXITY GmbH.

BEX always stood for high quality, above-average commitment and a wide range of experience in Austria and international logistics solutions“, reads a letter by Q Logistics GmbH.
This is where the company wants to continue its service and product promises towards customers, by follow up as well as revive a piece of Austrian logistics history. Tradition meets flexibility and agility, hence the company will appear under the new name of BEXITY GmbH.
All existing obligations and contracts of Q Logistics GmbH will be unaltered taken over by BEXITY GmbH. The telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of contact persons will remain the same as before. The existing e-mail addresses will remain active in 2020 while as of January 1st, 2020 the new e-mail addresses willbe activated. In addition, the new website www.bexity.com will go live from the 1st of January 2020.
Q Logistics is a provider of cross-border transport logistics and warehousing services with several locations in Austria. The company serves customers from various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
