Following an intensive planning and construction phase, Johann Huber Spedition und Transport GmbH has built a new 2,400 m² logistics hall for general cargo and logistics services at its location in St. Lorenzen im Mürztal. The new building is equipped with 28 truck docking stations, a side unloading ramp for long goods and state-of-the-art lighting technology for general cargo and logistics services. The new office building comes with 600 m² of air-conditioned rooms.
 
“The simultaneous implementation of our new CarLo freight forwarding and logistics software by Soloplan and the proximity of the employees in the new offices, permits us to provide our services even more efficiently and safely,” says Thomas Tichi, Head of the International Department. Herbert Wied, Head of Sales and Project Development, adds: “This modern facility enables us to achieve our growth targets in the coming years and offer our services to our customers in a future-proof manner”.
 
The Spedition Johann Huber forwarding company see temselves as a regional partner for Upper Styria with a national and international network. In addition to forwarding and transport, their own fleet of around 115 vehicles (tarpaulin, crane, silo, tipper, WAB and lifting platform trucks) and approximately 225 employees, they also have sufficient warehouses and open storage space available.
