New DHL Campus to be built in the Vienna Airport Region

One of the world’s leading logistics companies is creating new premises in Eastern Austria. The new DHL Campus Wien Flughafen will be built on an area of around 60,000 m² in the Vienna Airport Region, according to an invite to a press conference.

On the occasion of the signing of the agreement, DHL Global Forwarding, DHL Freight and Flughafen Wien AG invite to the project launch on March 12 by Hermann Filz, CEO Eastern Europe, DHL Global Forwarding, Christoph Wahl, CEO Austria, DHL Global Forwarding, Horst Sorg, Managing Director Austria, DHL Freight, Günther Ofner, CEO of Flughafen Wien AG, and Thomas Ram, Mayor of Fischamend.

DHL Global Forwarding is the center of excellence for worldwide air and ocean freight transports in the Deutsche Post DHL Group. At DHL Freight joins the competencies for all land transport activities (road and rail). Both companies also have efficient customs logistics divisions and have their own branches in Austria for many years.
