The Hamburg-based, long-established company F.R. Meyer’s Sohn (FMS) has rearranged its management board. Dominik Lucius and Markus Panhauser join the management board effective 1 May 2016.
As Chief Operating Officer Markus Panhauser (44) will be in charge of the operative business. He had previously been working with the Kuehne + Nagel group, holding several management positions in the ocean freight division; and lately as head of the national branch in Turkey.
As Chief Financial Officer Dominik Lucius (42) will succeed Helge Straubinger in the administrative segment, who in turn leaves the company by his own request. He can look back on a career in the heavy and shipyard industry. Lately he had been CFO and Managing Partner of Blohm + Voss in Hamburg.
