Jöbstl East once again demonstrates its expertise as an expert in the special transport sector and for project handling. On behalf of a Scandinavian company, Jöbstl East GmbH takes over the complete logistical handling for the transport of a complete factory from Northern Germany to Tulcea, Romania.
“Tight time windows, high quality standards as a logistics service provider or time and cost pressure are standard for us,” says Angelika Fischer, Managing Director at Jöbstl East GmbH. Bearing these challenges in mind, the company developed a customised transport solution. “As can be seen from this order, we use the optimal combination of road, rail and waterway to transport the goods in an environmentally friendly way”, emphasises Angelika Fischer.
The first transports to Romania are currently underway for the group customer from Scandinavia. In the near future heavy cargo collis (some collis with a height of more than 410 cm or weights of over 45 tonnes) will be loaded. The fleet deployed or planned ranges from 13.60 m standard tarpaulin trucks to an 8-axle semi-low loader with a load capacity of 85,000 kg (standard + heavy lift vehicles).
Jöbstl East supports the customer in load securing and transport monitoring. The fleet consists of GPS-monitored trucks. Logistic advice and country-specific information round off the overall logistics concept. “With our service concept we were able to assert ourselves against various multinational corporations and show our competence in handling such projects,” underlines Angelika Fischer.
