Viennese-based forwarder specialising in UK trade slid into insolvency 15 years after it was established

“WiSco Internationale Spedition GmbH will no longer be able to meet its payment obligations. The competent commercial court in Vienna (Handelsgericht Wien) has opened restructuring proceedings without self-administration“, informs the creditor’s association Alpenländischer Kreditorenverband on 23 June.
The business purpose of the indebted company is the transport of merchant goods of all kinds by trucks, aircraft and containers. Particularly in traffic with Western Europe, the freight forwarding company based in Vienna’s 11th district, Schemmerlstraße, was able to make a name. The insolvency affects 9 employees.
