WienCont Containergesellschaft mbH appointed a new member to its Management Board. With effect from 2 May 2018, Harald Jony (35), assumes the function of Managing Director, responsible for operations and sales. Together with Georg Wurz, Commercial Director, Jony will form the Management Board of the company.
From 2014 to May 2017 Harald Jony was responsible for the energy management of the railway systems division of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG. Afterwards he was holding the function Head of Automotive at the Rail Cargo Group.
WienCont operates the trimodal container terminal, with more than 400,000 TEU annual turnover in the Port of Vienna. The company is also operating in the segments of container trade and repair, as well as customs and trucking services at the Port of Vienna.
