The GrECo JLT Group has significantly expanded its presence established in 2003 in Serbia by a merger. In a press release the company announced the acquisition of the two local broker companies Auctor Sollers and Interisk. The three companies will join both their expertise and their market presence to become Serbia’s largest broker.
The new company will be headed by Dušanka Talić, owner and founder of Interisk. The two owners of Auctor Sollers will also remain partners of the group. The trio joins their many years of market knowledge with the international expertise of GrECo JLT. The new company manages a premium volume of around EUR 12 million per year.
Dušanka Talić has been working in the insurance industry for eight years. Previously she had been holding various positions in international companies. In 2010 the Serbian manager founded the Interisk company and developed it into one of the largest brokers in Serbia.

The GrECo JLT Group is an independent, family run business, with the Neubrand family holding 66.67 percent of the shares. The British JLT Group (Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc) holds a 20 percent share and the German Ecclesia Group holds 13.33 percent.
