German Minimum Wage Law: New registration form for truck drivers

After the first six months have passed since the Minimum Wage Law and related obligations to register had become effective, particularly transport companies must register new action plans. The registration form was changed, informs the center for foreign trade AußenwirtschaftsCenter Frankfurt.
The form to register action plans according to the German Minimum Wage Law has changed and can be downloaded at http://www.zoll.de/DE/Fachthemen/Arbeit/Meldungen-bei-Entsendung/meldungen-bei-entsendung_node.html#doc30980bodyText2. For purely mobile activities (such as truck drivers, bus or taxi drivers) the new form N° 033037 (mobile) has to be used.
In terms of material, nothing has changed in fact. Even with the now required specification of the start, end and number of operations in Germany (so far no figure had been available), the conscientiously estimated “expected” data is meant. Where appropriate, in the individual drivers should not just enter the entire period of the action plan, but the individual, but still “expected” data at the beginning (first trip), the end (last trip) and number of actions or trips.
Therefore, a clarification and explanation will be published within the next days, together with instructions for filling out the form available under the link mentioned above.
