During their Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2019 the shareholders of Gebrüder Weiss appointed a new Supervisory Board for the next four years. Dr. Rudolf Christian Stiehl was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the globally operating logistics group, taking over this function from Dr. Caspar Einem, who is stepping down from the Supervisory Board along with Dr. Johannes Ditz and Prof. Karl Sandner.
Martin Krieger and Kerstin Gelbmann are new to the Supervisory Board, along with the former CEO of Gebrüder Weiss, Wolfgang Niessner. The Supervisory Board of Gebrüder Weiss GmbH has a total of twelve members, four of which are delegated by the Works Council.
