G6 Alliance to expand its services between Asia and Europe

Loop 7 services with additional call to the Polish port of Gdansk; Loop 4 will be serving Port Said

In response to the market demand, the members of the G6 Alliance enhanced the Asia – Europe services Loop 7 and Loop 4:
Loop 7 services with additional call to Gdansk The Loop 7 service will be extended by adding a direct port call to Gdansk. The new port rotation is: Qingdao – Shanghai (Yangshan) – Hong Kong – Yantian – Singapore – Rotterdam – Hamburg – Gdansk – Southampton – Singapore – Yantian – Qingdao. (First departures: Qingdao 29 June 2015 and Gdansk 10 August 2015).
The Loop 4 service will be adjusted to serve the Port Said call. The new port rotation will be: Ningbo – Shanghai (Yangshan) –Yantian – Singapore – Port Said –  Le Havre – Southampton – Hamburg – Rotterdam – Port Said – Jeddah – Singapore –  Hong Kong – Ningbo. (First departure: Ningbo 3 July 2015).
The G6 Alliance offers a variety of services between Asia and Europe, Asia and North America as well as on the Transatlantic route covering all major port pairs with weekly sailings. The G6 Alliance members are: APL, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai Merchant Marine, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Nippon Yusen Kaisha and Orient Overseas Container Line.
