Fercam strengthens links to the sales markets in Eastern Europe

Opening a new location in Berlin, Fercam AG strengthens its presence in Germany. Since April 2018, three new employees have been working in Berlin to handle the transport and customer care on site. With Hamburg, Cologne and Munich, Fercam now has four locations throughout Germany, thus further expanding its position in the market.

The main traffic routes served from Berlin are to Eastern Europe and the Benelux countries as well as within Germany. Numerous longstanding Fercam-customers located in the area around Berlin are production companies from the food or chemicals sector, and have their sales markets in Eastern Europe. Two of the new employees are specialists with Polish and Russian mother tongue, respecitvely, and have experience in the field of charter services.

The new Managing Director of the Berlin branch is Hans Wagner, who has many years of experience in dispatching and transport handling in Eastern Europe. The overall responsibility for the business in Berlin lies with the CEO of Fercam Germany in Cologne, Ingo Rieber.
