DSV launches new customer portal to claim damages

The registration tool X-Net is a website on which customers can report all damages as of now. The advantage of the digital and standardised reporting is more control on your own data. Individual e-mails become obsolete, and is replaced by completing the entry form.

This minimises the potential of errors when transmitting the circumstances of a case and defines clear standards. X-Net collects all data centrally, and requests can be processed easier and faster.

Most of DSV’s European customers is already using the system successfully.
