Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH) is developing the Nürnberg West logistics park in Dombühl. On a 93,000 m² property, around 45,000 m² of production and logistics space as well as office and mezzanine space will be created. The purchase agreement between the market town of Dombühl and DLH regarding the 93,000 m² site was certified in mid-February. The estimated total investment volume is between EUR 35 and 40 million.

The Nürnberg West logistics park is built in Dombühl in the German district of Ansbach in Bavaria. According to DLH, it is optimally connected with traffic, just a few kilometers away from the A6 and A7 motorways and has a direct connection to the Deutsche Bahn. The marketing is handled by REALOGIS.

“Since we already offer space on the market during the planning phase, potential tenants can still influence the size of the halls. At the same time, we can offer our customers the highest degree of flexibility and take their individual requirements into consideration as we build new facilities,” explains Felix Zilling, Country Manager of Deutsche Logistik Holding GmbH & Co. KG.

Regardless of individual equipment, the industrial and logistics halls are currently 12.20 meters high (UKB) and have sprinkler systems based on FM Global and LED lighting systems. The halls have a floor load capacity of 75 kN/m² and are equipped with a ramp gate per 1,000 m² and a ground-level gate per 10,000 m².
