From the spring of 2020 five new halls will be set up there for existing and new customers

DLH Real Estate Austria has purchased a further 53,000 m² of space at the Industrial Campus Vienna East in Enzersdorf an der Fischa for the development of logistics real estate. Five new halls with a total of approximately 28,000 m² of storage and logistics space will be constructed at this site. Construction is scheduled to start in the spring of 2020. The project is expected to be completed in early 2021.

The Industrial Campus Vienna East is a state-of-the-art industrial and logistics centre, being built in the vicinity of Schwechat Airport, and approximately 20 km from Vienna. The newly acquired Beta site together with the existing Alpha, Gamma 1 and 2 series will provide the Industrial Campus with almost 100,000 m² of logistics space. In addition, it allows for the development of a further 40,000 m² of premium logistics space.
