The Czech branch of the logistics service provider Dachser has signed a contract for a new warehouse and administrative building for the Ostrava location. The total surface is 3,900 m². The expansion will create 20 additional jobs. The new jobs will be started during the summer holiday period.
The new logistics facility of Dachser Ostrava will provide space for up to 3,000 pallets on more than 3,200 m² of storage space and will be equipped with 15 loading bays. There are also around 450 m² of modern office space.
The Dachser branch in Ostrava is located in the economically prosperous triangle between the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. “Our customers in this region are growing and we like to grow with them,” says Jan Polter, Manager Sales European Logistics at Dachser Czech Republic. “The new premises give us more flexibility and space to optimise our processes and expand further in the future.”
