The facility near the Václav Havel Airport in Prague, with temperatures between +2 ° C and +8 ° C, offers optimal storage conditions for dairy, meat, bakery, beverages, fruit and vegetables in primary packaging and other temperature-sensitive goods. The logistics center is located in Prague Airport Park – directly next to the Amazon Fulfillment Center and 15 minutes from the airport as well as from the city center.

In addition to standard distribution services like container unloading, palletisation, pick & pack and reverse logistics, cargo-partner will provide a range of value added services at the new warehouse, including repacking, sorting, labeling, bundling, assembling, customs clearance and logistics consulting.

cargo-partner opened the new logistics center earlier this year. The class A warehouse provides a storage area of 10,900 m² including 1,200 m² of bonded warehouse space and up to 11,000 pallet slots, of which 1,800 are temperatture-controlled. The facility is equipped with 25 loading gates and has a clearance height of 10 m as well as a floor load of 5 t per m².

Stefan Krauter, CEO of cargo-partner, is confident that the new warehouse will meet the needs of customers in the region: “The temperature-controlled warehouse at Prague Airport is our answer to the needs of our customers in the food industry in the region. Thanks to its proximity to the airport, the warehouse provides the ideal base for national and international distribution and will help our customers to conduct their business more efficiently. As a next step, we will receive IFS certification in July to continue to uphold our high quality and service standards.”
