Nespresso Austria now offers consumers who order coffee online or by phone also same-day delivery: orders placed before 12 noon are delivered between 5 and 9 pm on weekdays by Austrian Post. The new delivery option will initially be available in Vienna, Graz and Linz for EUR 3.90.
With the ongoing trend towards shopping online, the expectations of customers with regard to delivery times are also changing. More and more consumers want to get their orders as quickly as possible, ideally on the same day.
“Together with Nespresso, one of the country’s biggest brand owners, we are working together to create new standards in Austrian logistics,” explains Peter Umundum, Member of the Board for Parcel & Logistics at Austrian Post. “Customers in the most important metropolitan areas in Austria will now receive their goods ordered by noon, on the same day.”

Quality and sustainability are a priority at Nespresso, so all letters and parcels are transported CO2 neutrally with Austrian Post.
