Austrian Post has never before carried as many parcels as in the year 2015: 80 million units. The daily average in December was about 400,000 parcels; the 10th of December was the record day with 509,228 parcels.

Apart from the increases in the B2B segment (parcels sent between business customers) online trade made a big contribution to parcel volumes.
