Find the address, ring the bell, deliver the parcel. If no-one answers: leave a notification card. The ÖGVS wanted to know if this theory also works in practice for parcel services. The only one to achieve this 100 per cent was GLS Austria.
The contents of every GLS parcel arrived undamaged. The result: the highest score in quality of delivery. GLS also didexceptionally well in the delivery time category: almost all the national testparcels arrived the next day, depending on the time they were posted.
And in the price comparison GLS landed second place (ParcelShop prices). The ÖGVS looked at 20 national and international parcels with different sizes and weights. Another test area was the ParcelShopsor parcel service branches. GLS ParcelShops scored well with their fast andfriendly service. Every testcustomer was served within 3 minutes.
